The hike to the falls, at least to the outlook is pretty good. It is by no way difficult. The beauty and the scenery is great. Saw a couple of deer, found a nest full of baby birds. It isn't a long hike either trail you take. The outlook take you to the top of the falls with a path down to the shore. Found some fossils walking along it. The water is flowing pretty good even though it's winter. It's not deep, we walked through it and it didn't even come close to our knees. There is even a set of picnic tables set up along the well maintained trail making a great little place to have a picnic.
Beautiful! Fun hiking to the falls and a great swimming hole. Definitely wear water shoes that you can hike in and have waterproof gear! Most of the hike was through the water.
This place is a little out of the way But well worth the drive.
